Mushroom Poisoning Syndromes in Pets

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

This talk will cover the different mushroom poisoning syndromes through a practical clinical lens, i.e. "what does this pet look like and how do we proceed from here?"  And then, "is there anything else this could be?" Also, what kinds of resources are available, and some newer and experimental, possibly life-saving treatments.  Dogs are the primary focus, though cats and others are mentioned as well.  This talk will be useful to pet lovers, veterinarians and anyone interested in aspects of mushroom poisoning.

Also, among your circle of friends and acquaintances, YOU are likely to be the one that knows the most about mushrooms.  Who are they going to call first when something happens to their "best friend?"
